I have been using the Safeway Just For U program on their website but now I am using their phone app.
This weekend I went to Safeway and saved 61% on my purchase. I did have paper coupons but most of my savings were through the Just Four U program. Here is an example:

You would get your hot dogs for 99 cents. Pretty good for not doing much.

Capri Sun Juice Box for 95 cents
Oscar Meyer Deli Meat 38 cents. (I did have a $1.00 coupon from coupon network.com).
I am not an extreme coupon clipper, but I love getting good deals and this was one of my best.
