Free: What is Dyslexia?

March 3, 2014 By Ligia

What is Dyslexia is free today at Currclick, one of my favorite homeschool shops. I am on this new journey with my son so I wanted to share this free resource for anyone who is also starting this journey or wondering about dyslexia.

Bible Reading Plans

February 28, 2014 By Ligia

I am currently writing my high school Freshman Bible Course of Study  for my daughter which includes reading The Bible the Entire Year.  I found this great website that has many different Bible Reading Plans. I thought it was worth sharing.

This is the one I chose. I am not expecting her to read the entire Bible in a Year. I am dividing the Bible into 3 years.

A Bible Reading Chart Read through the Bible at your own pace. Use this minimalistic, yet beautifully designed, chart to track your reading over 2014.

There is the link to the rest of the plans. My disclaimer: I am not promoting  the actual website (I didn’t get to look through the whole website to say yes I agree with all that is said). However, I am promoting these neat Bible Plans!

Update: High School Planning Resources

February 28, 2014 By Ligia

I posted last week about two wonderful books that I am using to create for my  high school planning. Read that post here. I emailed the author of Senior High: A Home-Designed Form+U+La about how to get her forms in a  printable, editable form. She sent me a link to purchase all the wonderful forms in her book on a CD. Yippee.

Here is the link she sent me:

I already got mine. I just haven’t had time to work on it. I’m very excited, though. High school planning can be a little overwhelming, but with these two books and now the CD I am ready to face the challenge.
